No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Please review all event details carefully before completing your purchase.
Access and Use of Materials
Your paid registration grants access to the three sessions, 12-month access to all session recordings, four downloadable digital resources (two e-books, one community study guide, one mind map poster), and access to the bonus fourth session (processing circle) on July 30. All access is for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or reproduced.
Recording access begins once recordings are posted after each session and remains available for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Intellectual Property
The original frameworks, educational materials, facilitation methods, e-books (excluding the community study guide), posters, slide designs, and written analysis produced by Nalgona Positivity Pride are protected by copyright. This includes the harm reduction framework, the mind map, the ebook content as written, and all original text and visual materials created for this event.
The primary source text for this series, Our Sacred Maíz Is Our Mother: Indigeneity and Belonging in the Americas by Roberto Cintli Rodríguez (University of Arizona Press, 2014), is the intellectual property of the author and publisher. Nalgona Positivity Pride does not claim ownership over the content of this book. The community study guide, In Conversation With Maíz: Our Sacred Mother, was developed through close reading and educational interpretation of this work for community education purposes. The study guide is a companion resource and does not constitute original intellectual property of Nalgona Positivity Pride. All ideas, arguments, and research in the study guide belong to the author and the communities whose knowledge he documents. Readers are strongly encouraged to read the original work directly.
The Indigenous knowledge systems, origin stories, cosmovisions, and teachings referenced throughout this work belong to the nations and communities that have carried them. Nalgona Positivity Pride does not claim ownership over Indigenous cultural or intellectual knowledge. The teachings of maíz-based peoples, including Nahua, Maya, K'iche', Wixarika, Hopi, Pawnee, Potawatomi, Oneida, and other nations referenced in this work, belong to those peoples. Elders and knowledge holders who have contributed to the scholarly and oral record should always be recognized.
What is protected under this agreement is the specific educational interpretation, organization, and application of these teachings as developed by Nalgona Positivity Pride in its original frameworks, e-books, poster designs, slide materials, and facilitation methods. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, share, upload, or create derivative works from any NPP-produced materials without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of NPP-produced materials may result in legal action.
You are encouraged to engage directly with the primary sources cited in these materials, to read the original works, and to build your own relationship with the teachings they carry.
Recording and Confidentiality
The teaching portions of sessions 1, 2, and 3 will be recorded and made available to registrants. Recordings may or may not be included group sharing. For this reason, the bonus fourth session (processing circle) may not be entirely recorded. By attending, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants and not to record, screenshot, or distribute any portion of the live sessions.
Not Therapy, Supervision, or Clinical Advice
This event is educational and political in nature. It does not constitute therapy, clinical supervision, legal advice, or professional consultation. Participation does not establish a therapeutic or supervisory relationship.
Assumption of Responsibility
You are responsible for your own emotional, professional, and personal responses to the material. The content may be challenging or destabilizing. You agree to participate at your own discretion and seek additional support if needed.
Behavior and Participation
We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in harassment, disruption, confidentiality violations, or behavior that undermines the safety of the space. Removal for cause does not qualify for a refund.
Changes to Event Format
Content, structure, timing, and activities may change as needed to meet group capacity, safety needs, or facilitation judgment. Any changes will maintain the core scope of the event.
Purchases and Payment
You authorize Us to charge your chosen payment provider for the total amount stated on your checkout screen. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of your card issuer agreement and any other applicable third-party agreement that may affect your purchase with Us. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete details as requested to process your payment.
The $38 x 2 payment option splits the total into two equal installments. The second payment is processed automatically one month after the first, on the same calendar date. After the second payment is processed, the installment plan is complete and no further charges will be made. All installment payments are non-refundable. Failure to complete the second installment may result in loss of access to recordings and bonus materials.
Sliding Scale Pricing
Sliding scale pricing ($49 (early bird rate) / $75 / $38 x 2) reflects a community accessibility model. All paid tiers receive identical access and materials. Price selection is at the registrant's discretion. No price adjustments will be made after purchase.
We reserve the right to change our prices for new purchases at any time.
Refunds and Return Policy
Due to the nature of the services and products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.
Chargebacks
You agree to make every attempt to file a refund request prior to attempting a chargeback with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all bonuses or other materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.
Errors or Mistakes in Pricing
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already received payment. Any such changes will be conveyed in writing via email to notify you and to allow you to take the most appropriate action.
Currency
All payments will be processed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Taxes
Sales taxes will be applied to your order as required by law.
Limited License
You are receiving a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial, personal use only in order to access any content or materials you have paid for.

By submitting a comment, photo, video, or other material onto any website or platform owned or maintained by Nalgona Positivity Pride, you agree that we have a non-revocable, commercial license to republish your submission in whole or in part unless you explicitly state otherwise with said submission.
Security
It is your responsibility to secure your username and password from theft or any other means of unauthorized use. Payment information is processed through third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal. By utilizing these payment processors, you assume any and all risk or liability for the security of the payment details and agree to be bound by the third-party payment processor's applicable terms and conditions.
Confidentiality
You have no right to confidentiality unless otherwise explicitly stated or mandated by law. The bonus fourth session (processing circle) is a confidential space. By attending, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all participants and not to share, reference, or distribute anything shared by other participants during that session.
Assumption of Risk
By accessing any materials, whether paid or unpaid, you assume all the risk of your access and any subsequent actions you choose to take as a result of the information or educational materials provided to you.
Communications
Any communications made through contact pages, email, or other channels is not held privileged or confidential and is subject to viewing and distribution by third parties. We own any and all communications displayed on our website, servers, comments, emails, or other media as allowed by applicable law.
Disclaimers
Our website and related materials are provided for educational and informational use only. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our website and company for any direct or indirect loss or conduct incurred as a result of your use of our website and any related communications, including as a result of any consequences incurred from technological failures.

Technology Disclaimer

Indemnification
You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless Nalgona Positivity Pride, as well as any affiliates, agents, contractors, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, successors, and licensees, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the event and materials.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be held responsible or liable in any way for the information, products, or materials that you request or receive through or in relation to this event. We do not assume liability for any third-party conduct, accidents, delays, harm, or other detrimental outcomes as a result of your access of the event and related materials.
Termination
If at any time we determine you have violated these Terms and Conditions, we may immediately terminate your use and access. We may revoke access at any time without notice.
Revocation of Access
You have the right to terminate your use and access at any time by emailing us. Termination will not excuse you of further payment. Upon confirmation of termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due and payable.
Dispute Resolution
If you and Nalgona Positivity Pride cannot find a resolution to a dispute by means of good-faith negotiation, you explicitly agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve any such dispute through Alternative Dispute Resolution or Mediation before filing a civil cause of action.
Non-Disparagement
If you are found to be slandering, libeling, or otherwise disparaging Nalgona Positivity Pride, its offerings, or related materials, you will be immediately removed from the event and any related communications. We reserve the right to file a civil claim of action for any damaging actions that materially harm the organization.
Entire Agreement
Before you register or make any purchases, you will be asked to consent to our Privacy Policy. The terms of the Privacy Policy together with these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between registrants and Nalgona Positivity Pride relating to the use of this website and event.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or related to the information contained herein is subject to adjudication in our local courts.
Consent
By using our website and completing your purchase, you hereby consent to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
