TERMS OF SERVICE & PURCHASER AGREEMENT

Harm Reduction Provider Directory 

By submitting your practice to the Harm Reduction Provider Directory ("the Directory") and completing payment, you ("the Provider," "you") agree to the following terms with Nalgona Positivity Pride ("NPP," "we," "us"). Please read this agreement carefully before submitting your listing.

1. Eligibility

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

NPP reserves the right to decline or remove any listing that does not meet these eligibility requirements, at our sole discretion.

2. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information submitted in your listing, including but not limited to your credentials, certifications, licensure claims, services offered, and contact information.

NPP does not verify, vet, or independently confirm any credentials, licensure, certifications, or claims submitted by providers. Inclusion in the Directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of any provider's qualifications, competence, or fitness to practice.

You agree to review your submission for accuracy before submitting, and to review your published listing after it goes live to confirm it appears correctly.

3. Publishing Timeline

Listings typically take 1 to 3 weeks to be published after submission and review. NPP does not guarantee a specific publication date and is not liable for delays in publishing.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Launch Pricing. Providers submitting during the launch period are offered a discounted first-year rate:

This launch rate applies only to the first year of listing.

4.2 Standard Pricing. Beginning in the second year, listings renew at the standard yearly rate of $150 (or $99 for BIPOC providers).

4.3 Pricing Changes. Pricing for yearly listings may change at any time. If pricing changes, NPP will notify you by email in advance of your renewal date.

4.4 No Refunds. All listing fees are final upon payment. NPP does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, closure of practice, dissatisfaction with the Directory, early cancellation, or non-use of the listing during its active term.

5. Automatic Renewal

Your yearly listing automatically renews at the end of each term unless you contact NPP to cancel. It is your sole responsibility, as the provider, to notify NPP in writing at least two (2) months before your billing date if you do not wish to renew. NPP is not obligated to send a reminder prior to the renewal charge.

6. Listing Changes After Publication

Once your listing is published, any requested change is billed at $25 per editing instance. This fee applies once per request, regardless of how many individual fields or pieces of information are updated within that single request.

NPP reserves the right to decline edit requests that violate these Terms or the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 1.

8. No Endorsement or Liability

NPP does not vet, supervise, or take responsibility for the services, conduct, or outcomes of any provider listed in the Directory. Your listing is self-submitted and self-represented. Any engagement between a Directory user and a listed provider is solely between those two parties.

NPP is not liable for any harm, dispute, dissatisfaction, or damages arising from a Directory user's engagement with a listed provider, or from a provider's reliance on the Directory for referrals or visibility.

9. Use of Funds

Fees collected through the Directory support NPP's operations as an autonomous, community-funded organization, including the review and maintenance of listings, the infrastructure of the Directory, and NPP's broader educational and community work. NPP operates independently of institutional, corporate, and pharmaceutical funding.

10. Termination

NPP reserves the right to remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, if a provider is found to violate these Terms. No refund will be issued for listings removed due to a violation of this agreement.

You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting NPP directly. No refund will be issued for early termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

NPP may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of your listing after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
